“The Poolhouse” and “Le Yucca” are studio apartments.
“The Poolhouse” can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and “Le Yucca” is a cosy studio for 2/3.
Both are situated on the French Riviera, a short walk from the village of Boulouris, which is 3km from St Raphaël on the coast road between Cannes and St Tropez.
The property is fully landscaped and has its own private heated 27°C swimming pool. (april-october)
Ideally situated 50 meters from the beach.
The Poolhouse and Le Yucca are classified as 1 star seasonal rentals on the Tourist Office website of Saint Raphaël

The apartments have been tastefully furnished and each has it’s own fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, induction cooking hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster and oven.
Wi-Fi, Smart TV with TNT and a Bluetooth MP3 player are provided.

Exterior garden and terraces with gas BBQ’s 

Sheets, dishcloths, bathroom and beach towels are provided. 
Cot and high chair are available on request.
Possibility to wash and dry laundry on site.
Electrically controlled gates guarantee maximum privacy and security. 
The sea and a series of quiet coves are within 2 minutes walk from the apartments.
